This Wedding Package may include the following elements or more.  The Slice of the Cake Coordination package is included.  If less assistance is needed then I am happy to put together a customized package with a reduced price.

• Phone and email support.
• In-person meetings as needed throughout the planning (up to 4 client meetings).
• Custom Wedding weekend timeline.
• Vendor Relationship Management including vendor research and recommendations, scheduling, vendor meetings, managing communications and confirming wedding day timeline.
• Wedding design/theme assistance.
• Guidance and assistance with Save the Dates, Wedding Website, Invitations, Programs, Menus, Place Cards, Escort Cards, Welcome Letters, Welcome Bags, etc.
• Coordination and onsite assistance for the Ceremony Rehearsal (1 hour).
• Coordination and onsite assistance for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception (up to 12 hours) for up to 2 coordinators.
